All prices are publicly presented by the hotel with a 5% discount for cash payment, payment by card is possible.

Reservations for festivals and congresses are accepted only binding, payment in advance is required.

 

These prices are indicative prices, when dealing with your reservation requests and any questions you will always be informed of the specific price for the requested period and the selected room, including the selected services (catering, parking ...) When confirming a binding order from our side, it will be an integral part of the final price of the services you have ordered, including confirmation of acceptance of payment in the manner you specify - cash, invoice, advance payment, card. Accommodation prices are contractual, based on the length of stay, the number of beds ordered, the number of people sharing a room or suite and the period in which the rooms are rented (low season, tourist season, weekends, winter stays, top dates - festival and congress periods). The hotel provides discounts and bonuses to regular clients and contractual partners, including fixed prices, which are accepted even in the active period /top season/.

Payment methods

Cash or card payment is accepted when paying for accommodation services, for regular clients we offer the possibility of cashless payment by invoice. When making a reservation for congresses or festivals, after confirming the reservation, we send clients in advance an invoice or an account number where they can pay the advance under an assigned numerical password. We also accept advance payment by bank transfer. For all types of payments, the reception will issue the appropriate receipts.

Cancellation fees and cancellation deadlines

For the period of congresses and festivals, exhibitions, international festivals /top dates/ we accept only binding non-refundable orders with subsequent payment.

Cancellation notices /season/ unless the prices are non-refundable:

from 90 to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% of the total price
from 59 to 38 days before the date of arrival 40% of the total price
from 27 to 21 days before the day of arrival 80% of the total price
from 21 to 15 days before the day of arrival 90% of the total price
from 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the total price

Cancellation notice / off-season and other cases, unless otherwise agreed/:

4 to 10 days before arrival 30% of the total price
3 to 2 days before arrival 70% of the total price
1 to the day of arrival 100% of the total price

When booking through online agencies and companies, the cancellation policy stated on their website is binding on the hotel only if it does not conflict with the hotel's policy.
